An email went out to the staff at Nexstar’s News Nation, informing them of a new hire at the struggling cable news net.

Emily Finn is from the great state of Michigan.  She graduated from Central Michigan and then moved out to San Diego to serve as the youngest news anchor in the country at One America News Network.  She is excited to return to the Midwest to work at NewsNation.  Emily joins us as an Associate Producer and will be working with our weekday and weekend shows.

So, News Nation which makes claims of not being a biased news operation hires a Producer that was a one time Anchor at OANN.

Oh, while they didn’t say so in the memo, she also made appearances on News Max as an Ambassador of the hard-right group Turning Point USA.

In an Instagram post about joining TPUSA, Finn wrote, “I'm so proud to be part of a group that empowers young, freedom-loving activists.”

So, Nexstar has hired an “activist” as one of their newest Producer hires. She has also pledged her support for Trump and her disdain for Biden.

But, don’t worry, according to Nexstar News Nation is the cable news channel you can turn to for straight, unbiased news.
