Kari Lake: Let Local News Outlets Fail
Kari Lake spent a lot of years and made a lot of money anchoring the news at KSAZ in Phoenix.
Now, Lake is running for Governor of Arizona and it appears that she has no problem with her former co-workers losing their jobs and the money to support their families.
Kind of a strange stance for a candidate of governor to take don’t you think?
Arizona Senator Mark Kelly has introduced a bill that will help local media continue to operate. He posted about the bill on his social media:
Since this would help insure the future of local media and in turn help the people that Kari Lake worked with, you would think that is something Lake would be on board with?
But, you would be wrong:
Lake is all for the local media outlets failing and putting her former colleagues out of work with no income.
I’m not an Arizona voter, but if I was, I would cast my vote for someone that wants to create jobs and not kick people to the curb.
While Kari Lake was paid very well to sit behind a plastic desk, in front of a plastic cutout of the Valley and read the teleprompter, she now is rooting for the same business to fail.
