Two years ago, right-wing cable outlet One American News sued MSNBC and Rachel Maddow for $10 million bucks.

OAN was not happy that Maddow referred to the network as "Russian propaganda."

So how did the lawsuit end?

With OAN not getting any money and ending up having to shell out a quarter of a million bucks to MSNBC.

An appeals court ruled "Maddow’s statement was well within the bounds of what qualified as protected speech under the First Amendment."

OAN must now reimburse MSNBC $250,000 in legal fees.
