I will admit, when it comes to Tegna, the company does a lot of things that leaves me shaking my head.

But, this one had me doing a double-take.

Looking at the Tegna career page, I saw a posting for a Meteorologist position listed for WXIA, the Tegna station in Atlanta.

But, as I read the job description, it said the job was based in Portland and it was a Video Editor job.

The job was posted yesterday and I thought maybe it was a mistake. I checked again today and the posting is still there.

Then I thought, wait….this is Tegna.

Maybe they are looking for a Weather Anchor that can also edit while living on both the East and West coast. Nothing at that company surprises me anymore.
