I’d love if you wrote about/really dug into why the heck trying to find producers is like trying to find a unicorn.

I work as an EP in a mid size market and every applicant is out of college or has zero experience. We haven’t been fully staffed on producers in years. I’ve barely gotten to be an EP because I’m really just an overpaid line producer.

I’m hoping it’ll get better soon, but I’m pretty convinced all these college kids just want their face on tv. Am I wrong?

I’ve been watching and grimacing at Angie’s fame ho ways since she was at WRC. Her move to Fox 5 just completely unleashed the beast.

That said, I wonder if her husband is making a loser sign above her head?

Just a quick note to thank you for all that you do.

My company is scared to death of FTVLive and thanks to you, you’ve righted more than a few wrongs, including at my station.

I know I should have done this a long time ago, but I recently became a patron of FTVLive and it is money well spent.
