Back in May, FTVLive first told you that WFTV (Orlando) Anchor Jamie Holmes was leaving the Cox station after more than a decade.

While FTVLive reported the news, the station remained mum on the Holmes leaving news.

Yesterday, WFTV’s Nancy Alvarez posted to social media what FTVLive reported months ago.

Alvarez did not say who is replacing Holmes, but WFTV Meteorologist Brian Shields did:
