Yesterday, in a Patron Only story, FTVLive told you that WCMH (Columbus) Anchor Darlene Hill had been missing from the air and apparently was not coming back.

In the story we posted yesterday, FTVLive wrote:

WCMH weekend Anchor Jennifer Bullock appears to have replaced Hill on the weekday anchor desk, but there has been no official word. 

A viewer found out that Hill was not returning to the station, after reaching out to her on social media:

FTVLive then went onto say this:

Hill has been anchoring the station's 4-5 PM newscasts since September of 2018. She came to Columbus from Chicago and now she is headed back to the Windy City. 

We hear that she is taking a radio job in Chicago. 

Maybe, one-day WCMH will get around to telling us that.

Well just a few hours after we posted that story, WCMH posted this to the station’s website:

You have to wonder if FTVLive did not call out the station, would they have ever announced that fact that Hill was gone and had been replaced?
