Tegna’s WTLV (Jacksonville) was doing a story on a man that was killed as Tropical Storm Elsa passed through the area.

The station talked to family and friends of the victim.

But, the Tegna station might have wanted to look a bit closer at the vests the men were wearing. The words “Fucking” and “Bullshit” are just a couple that jumped out at us.
