It’s been nearly a week and many of the Cox stations are still dealing with the impact of the ransomware attack against the company.

FTVLive has reached out to a number of Cox managers that have not returned our calls or texts.

It seems that the company has ordered all employees to remain silent about the hack attack and has put enough fear into its employees that they are doing so.

Stations are still dealing with problems with uploading to their websites and employees are still not able to access their emails.

Computer systems are down at many stations and backup computers, working on a different system have been brought into some stations.

Employees have been told to use their personal phones and not their company-issued phone.

It’s a mess and Cox remains silent on what is happening.
