FTVLive told you about how WLS (Chicago) sacked their longtime Sports Anchor Mark Giangreco after he jokingly said news anchor Cheryl Burton “can play the ditzy, combative interior decorator” on a fictional DIY Network show he concocted.

The thin skinned Burton went to management to complain and Giangreco was exited from the station.
