Popular WSFA (Montgomery) morning Anchor Tonya Terry is signing up from the Gray station this morning after nearly two decades.

Reading between the lines, this doesn’t seem to be a happy departure.

First off, Terry is leaving on a Monday and at the start of the May book and not the end. That is clearly a sign.

Second, you had to know something like was going to happen when you saw this post from Terry last Fall:

Also, it appears that the station is going to delete her Facebook page, which is one reason you should insist in your contract that you own your social media platforms.

Don’t be surprised if Terry resurfaces across the street at a competitor. I don’t have any inside information that this is going to happen, but the way this is playing out, it sure appears that is what will go down.
