Yesterday, FTVLive told you how CNN boss Jeff Zucker wants his hosts (I will not use the term Anchor) to be real and show their emotion.

“One of the things that I’ve tried to encourage is authenticity and being real,” Zucker said. “If we pretend not to be human, it’s not real.”

Yesterday, when the CDC lifted the mask mandate, CNN host Alisyn Camerota teared up when hearing the news.

She then held up her mask, saying: “This day where they said we can throw these away that we've all been clinging to. We just didn't know when this day would come. It feels a little bit like it's over, doesn't it?” Camerota said while welling up with tears.

Camerota joins a long list of CNN talent that are turning CNN into the crying game, just as Jeff Zucker has instructed them to do.
