KDVR (Denver) Anchor Aristea Brady says that it was the hardest decision that she has ever had to make.

She used the May ratings book to announce that she is leaving the Nexstar station to….say it with me…. spend more time with her family.

“There is only one force that would pull me away from a dream job alongside one of the best news teams in the country and that’s my family,” Brady said.

She joined the station in the spring of 2014 and she says that she will be signing off in 7 weeks.

Here is her tearful sign-off, well not really a sign-off, since she is sticking around for almost two months.
