Fox News host Sean Hannity plunked down more than $5 million bucks to buy a house down the street from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

Hannity’s model spans about 5,086-square-feet of living space, with 4.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage, “a very large living room,” and a “huge master bedroom facing the ocean with fireplace, large balcony, his & hers bathrooms, and large closets,” according to Zillow.

Also, according to Zillow’s estimate of the property, Hannity paid about a million more bucks than he should have.

But hey, when you are just down the road from your BFF, can you really put a price on that?
