CBS Reporter Jeff Glor did a fawning story about author Blake Bailey and his new book about Phillip Roth.

Then, allegations against Bailey started to surface.

It is reported by the Times Picayune that Bailey who was an eighth grade English teacher in New Orleans in the 1990s, pursued sex with some of his former students in their young adulthood. Times Picayune reporter Ramon Antonio Vargas writes that three of his former students described "sexual encounters with him" with "one accusing him of rape."

The publisher of Bailey’s new book has suspending the shipping of the book in wake of the allegations.

CBS has quietly pulled Glor’s story from the CBS News website.

But, the story is still on the CBS News Facebook page.
