WWSB (Sarasota) General Manager Jeff Benninghoff sent this internal email out to the staff, it was obtained by FTVLive:

As far as I know, Gray Television, which owns WWSB is not requiring their employees to get the COVID vaccine as a condition to work for the company.

The fact that the General Manager is asking for the employees’ medical information is a bit of a slippery slope.

Will he send out an email to the female employees asking them to respond if they are using birth-control or not?

If employees respond that they are not vaccinated, will they be treated differently at the station? Could an upcoming contract hinge on this reply?

I see no problem encouraging its staff to get vaccinated, but this appears to cross the line.
