Word is that a Southwest Reporter was driving one station vehicle and rear-ended another station vehicle that was being driven by a station Photographer.

It appears that the Reporter, who has a history of crashing vehicles was looking down at his phone at the time of the crash.

I wonder who that Reporter is?
