WJZY (Charlotte) ran a 2-minute promo during an NFL game with a whole bunch of promises.

The station says it is changing its name, its brand, and getting a new news set.

The station will no longer be Fox 46 and is changing its name to “Queen City News.” That should be good for a 5 point rating bump, don’t ya think?

I’m not sure the viewers will really care one way or the other, but it was a slick promo that sounded more like an action movie trailer.
