A few days ago, in a Patron Only story, FTVLive told you how a number of Nexstar News Nation employees reached out to FTVLive with their frustration that Bill O’Reilly was brought onto the network in an effort to boost the sagging ratings.

O'Reilly who passed the last exit to relevance sometime ago was brought on by News Nation host Dan Abrams and lobbed giant softball questions.

FTVLive also told you that along with pissing off a number of New Nation employees, O’Reilly’s appearance with Dan Abrams landed with a thud in the ratings.

Well, it appears that New Nation and Dan Abrams are looking to go all-in with the disgraced former cable news host and accused sexual predator, as O’Reilly was once again back on Abrams’ show this week.

So, how did O’Reilly do in the ratings?

Well, Alvin Chipmunks’ airing on NickToons basically had double the ratings of Abrams’ show on News Nation.

Ouch!

Was this another attempt by Nexstar consultant and former Fox News head Bill Shine to try bring O’Reilly into the nation?
