Back in September, FTVLive told you that KPNX (Phoenix) Anchor/Reporter Ryan Cody was leaving the Tegna station.

At the time, Cody posted to his social media that he had decided to leave after the “professional toxicity” was bleeding into all aspects of his life.

Now, Cody has announced his next job and no surprise, it is outside of TV news.

Cody will be working with the Phoenix Police Department.
