After Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted in the shooting deaths of two people and the wounding of a third, he didn’t sit down to talk with a Journalist.

Instead he talked to his personal cheerleader over at Fox News, Tucker Carlson.

Carlson did not interview Rittenhouse as much as he propped him up and at one point referred to the guy that shot 3 people as a “sweet kid.”

But the praise did not end there as Carlson said, "During the course of our long conversation, Kyle Rittenhouse struck us as bright, decent, sincere, dutiful, and hardworking." Carlson went on to say that Rittenhouse is "exactly the kind of person you would want many more of in your country. He’s not especially political. He never wanted to be the symbol of anything."

I’m not sure Kyle Rittenhouse could have had a softer interview even if he hired a PR firm to conduct it.

Hopefully, Rittenhouse will sit down with a real Journalist and answer some real questions.

Then again, when you have Carlson sucking up to you, why should he?
