FTVLive has been telling you about the people that have either left or have been let go from Gray Television stations for refusing to adhere to the company mandate that they must be vaccinated.

Most of those that have been exited are from small market Gray states, located in red states.

That includes WLOX "Good Morning Mississippi" Anchor Meggan Gray.

"I tried everything possible to keep my job, including offering to be tested on a weekly basis. My requests were denied," Gray said. Of course, she didn’t try everything possible, she could have just rolled up her sleeve and continued to have a job.

"I may have lost my job, but I preserved my integrity," she said.

I might have a different opinion as to her integrity, but okay.

It is sad to see people not understand science and continue to make the stupid (our opinion) not to get the vaccine to help keep them healthy and more importantly, others healthy.

Yes, these small market people have every right not to get the vaccine, just as Gray Television has the right to mandate that their employees take the steps to keep all safe.

Once again, if you are not vaccinated, we urge you to look at the research and studies that show that the vaccine is a big step in keeping you, your family, and others safe.

Also, props to Gray Television for making the tough decision and standing by it.
