Earlier this month, FTVLive told you that KCPQ (Seattle) Anchor Travis Mayfield was leaving the Fox station.

On Friday, Mayfield signed off and he did something that he said he has wanted to do. He wore a skirt for his last newscast.

“I’m doing something I have always wanted to do, I’m wearing a skirt, while anchoring the news,” Mayfield said as he walked into a wide shot to show off his outfit.

He also sported a string of pearls to his goodbye outfit.

There is no doubt, he was making his last day at KCPQ, all about him.

“Today, it’s about me,” Mayfield said as he signed off.
