Oklahoma’s KWTV is going to tack on some more news to their schedule.

The station is set to launch a new 9 AM newscast on January 18th.

The new show will replace Kelly and Ryan and go up against KOCO and the 3rd hour of Today on KFOR.

Always good to see local stations adding more local programming. The stations that continue to invest in more news and more local programming are the stations that are going to survive in the streaming universe.
