Florida has been hit hard with the COVID pandemic, but that is not going to stop former NBC Reporter Andrea Martinez from partying like it’s 1999.

Update: Martinez emailed FTVLive to clarify our story. First, she says that she is no longer with NBC (our original story said she worked for NBC). Second, she said they had masks, but admits not in the picture. Of course, if you have a mask and you are not wearing it, is it really doing anything to keep you, or others safe?
