Sinclair-owned KFDM in Beaumont, TX has reported on people being arrested, both on their newscasts and on their website.

But, it seems that the station did not report on the fact that one of their Producers was arrested weeks ago for driving drunk.

Word is that cops clamped the cuffs on KFDM Eric Warren at the beginning on January. Station insiders tell FTVLive that Warren told the station he would be out for a while due to being injured in a crash. But, then word got how that he had been arrested for DUI.

Almost a month later and the station has not reported on the incident.

Station sources say that multiple times they have suspected Warren to be drunk at work. It’s an open secret in the newsroom one staffer tells FTVLive.

Sadly, they claim that the station has not seem to do anything about this and now Warren is headed to court to answer on charges of driving drunk.

Staffers tell FTVLive that while Warren is “out on leave” no one in management has addressed the issue with the staff. “Eric is still apparently employed,” said one employee to FTVLive adding, “I want him to get the help he needs and I want our management to handle this properly.”

So far, it appears the station is lacking in communicating, despite the fact they are in the communications business.
