It appears that Tegna’s First Coast News here in Jacksonville has little respect for the disabled.

One of the station’s news cars was parked clearly in the handicap zone and blocking the wheelchair accessible area.

I know that Tegna likes to hire comics to anchor the newscasts, but this isn’t funny.
