The list of Trump ass kissers at Fox News is a long one, but it seems that at least one host that sucked up to Trump had some skin in the game.

No one at Fox News (except maybe Maria Bartiromo and Lou Dobbs) sucked up harder to Donald Trump than Fox News host Jeanine Pirro.

But, now it seems that there might have been a big reason that Pirro was so pro-Trump from the beginning.

You see, Judge Jeanine’s ex-husband is a criminal. Albert Pirro was convicted on conspiracy and tax evasion charges after improperly deducting $1.2 million of his personal expenses in business write-offs.

Before slinking off to Florida with his tail between his legs, Trump issued pardons for nearly 150 people on his way out the door.

One of those that did not get a pardon was Albert Pirro.

Jeanine Pirro was not happy about that. She figured all the Trump ass-kissing she did, should at least get your ex-husband a presidential pardon and she went to work in Trump’s final moments to do just that.

CNN reports that as Trump was leaving for Florida, his aides, who were in the middle of off-boarding their duties to the new administration, were told that a pardon had to be drawn up for Albert Pirro. Minutes after Trump landed in Florida following his final flight aboard Air Force One from Washington, now-former deputy White House press secretary Judd Deere released a statement announcing that "Today, President Donald J. Trump granted a full pardon to Albert J. Pirro, Jr."

So, it appears that Pirro’s non-stop fawning over Trump landed her ex-husband a pardon.

And Fox News sees nothing wrong with that? So far, they are not commenting.

It is nice to know that hosts can use their position on the network to land big favors such as that.
