While FTVLive has been saying that Fox News is at least partly to blame for the riots at the U.S. Capitol it seems that Murdoch agrees with us.

Not Rupert, but his sone James.

James Murdoch, the youngest son of of the Fox News owner has publicly attacked "media property owners" and news outlets for their role in promoting false election claims that helped lead to the deadly riots in the US Capitol last week.

While he doesn’t name Fox News, many of the hosts on the network peddled the false claims of election fraud hundreds of times since election day.

"Those outlets that propagate lies to their audience have unleashed insidious and uncontrollable forces that will be with us for years," Murdoch said, "I hope that those people who didn't think it was that dangerous now understand, and that they stop."

At least one Murdoch gets it.
