The revolving door at Meredith’s struggling WGCL continues to spin….

Word is that Bobeth Yates is leaving the station.

Yates was hired as an MMJ and eventually took over the popular “Fighting for our Veterans” segment after its original reporter, Natalie Rubino, left.

Yates also filled in on traffic and was trained as a fill-in Weather Anchor at the station.

It’s another talented person and another person of color that is leaving the troubled station.

Update on two other former WGCL staffers that left Atlanta, both now resurfacing at the Black News Channel. Aiyana Cristal is BNC’s Reporter in Atlanta and Astrid Martinez is BNC’s Reporter in Philadelphia.

Martinez looked squarely at Meredith's upper management as for the reason she left the station.
