Bumped Up in the Big Apple
Many at the station say it was long overdue….
WNBC, NBC’s flagship station announced that David Ushery is getting a bump up at the Big Apple station.
Ushery has been tapped to replace Stefan Holt, who bolted back to Chicago, as the new 4 PM and 11 PM Anchor at WNBC.
Ushery will join Natalie Pasquarella, who has been co-anchoring at 11 p.m. since 2016.
“David is a talented, experienced journalist who takes a thoughtful approach to every story he covers. As an anchor, he’s an incredible newsroom leader who cares about the entire team,” said WNBC News Director Amy Morris,
Ushery had previously been doing the 11 AM and 5 PM newscasts.
