A couple of weeks ago, FTVLive told you that WPEC (West Palm Beach) Reporter James Torrez was self-quarantining after coming down with COVID like symptoms.

But, looking at this social media post, it appears that Torrez is done with the quarantine and is back on the bar scene and no mask in sight.
