FTVLive has been posting about stations and markets that seem to be lacking when it comes to diversity hiring of on-air staff and we will continue to do so in the future.

But, not everyone agrees with FTVLive and a poster that goes by the name Luna Stryker on Twitter replied to an FTVLive post with this.

Luna’s Twitter bio reads, “I am a patriot that loves America and supports our president. Tired of the liberals trying to silence conservatives. Can’t wait to vote for President Trump again.”

Well, Luna, I’m not sure I would call myself a liberal, but I don’t want you to feel silenced, so I am sharing your tweet on FTVLive.

Also, I totally believe in hiring the best person for the job, and often that “best” person is a woman, is Black, or Hispanic, or Asian, or some other minority.

I’m just asking stations to maybe cast a wider net before filling the job.

As you voting for Donald Trump on Wednesday, November 4th, try and get to the polls before lunch. I think they won’t be that busy then.
