Former Fox News Anchor Shepard Smith is making his return to cable news.

No, he’s not headed to CNN or MSNBC, he is headed to CNBC.

Smith is said to be hosting a 7PM newscast on the financial channel.

Smith said in a statement about his CNBC show will be a “vision for a fact-based, hourlong evening news program with the mission to cut through the static to deliver facts, in context and with perspective.”

Interestingly, Smith was rumored to be headed to a lot of places, but I’m not sure CNBC was ever one of the rumors.
