An employee at Fox News was hoping to get a military Veteran to slam CNN’s Jake Tapper and the network in general.

The Fox News text was in response to The Outpost, a book written by Tapper that is also being turned into a movie.

Tapper posted the text and the Vet’s reply to his social media:

If both Fox News and CNN would spend less time focusing on each other and more time trying to inform the American people with more news and less opinion, cable news might be worth watching.

But sadly it is not.
