Interesting Silence...

Insiders at Fox O&O WTTG noticed something that didn’t appear on the Twitter accounts News Director Paul McGonagle, Assistant News Director Kyle Carmean, and General Manager Patrick Paolini.

Station insiders point out that all three of the managers often post about sports and the local teams on their social media.

FTVLive has shown you how GM Paolini often is very critical in his sports post:

All three of the managers weighed in on the proposed name change of the Washington Redskins football team.

But when 15 former female Redskins employees spoke about being sexually harassed in a bombshell story by the Washington Post, not one of those managers posted about it on their Twitter.

It was a huge story in DC and yet, Paolini, McGonagle, and Carmean who all seem to love to weigh In on sports stories, all but ignored it on their social media.

Why?

One station insider says to FTVLive, “that story hit a little too close to home for these guys.”

As to why the 3 guys that love talking sports seemed to ignore this huge sports story is anyone’s guess?

But hey, how about that Football Team?!
