WTAJ (Altoona, PA) Reporter Amanda Lee posted a selfie to her IG.

One person asked her where her mask was? Lee responded that “God is my mask.”

This brings up an interesting point that has me a bit confused.

I talked to a guy that was walking out to his truck and as we spoke, he said that he wasn’t worried about getting COVID-19 and did not need to wear a mask or take precautions, because God would keep him safe.

He said he was on the way to buy a new handgun. When asked why he says with all this pandemic stuff happening, he felt he needed another gun for his personal protection.

I’m not sure he saw the irony in all this.

Wear the mask people, it’s not to protect you, it’s to protect other people and especially the frail and elderly.

I think God would agree.
