While many journalists are homecasting the news from their house or apartment, WOWK (Charleston, WV) Anchor Bryan Hughes is delivering the news from his Sternwheeler.

Sternwheeler is the proper name of what you and I call a paddleboat.

Hughes not only owns the boat, it is also his place of residence and so when it came to doing the news from home, Hughes built his setup below deck.
