Insiders at Meredith WGCL in Atlanta say that Anchor Shon Gables is doing her anchoring from her home and has been doing so for weeks.

It seems that Gables doesn't feel safe coming into the station to do the newscast in the studio and has been homecasting from her house.

OK, we get that, but if she doesn’t feel safe to come into WGCL to do the newscasts, how was she ok coming into the same station to anchor the CBS Evening News last weekend? Not only that, but she brought along a makeup artist as well.

“Multiple staffers are peeved,” said one station insider to FTVLive.
