Longtime WICU (Erie,PA) Sports Anchor Gary Drapcho has passed away.

The station says that Drapcho suffered from cardiac problems over the past few years and had a reoccurrence recently.

He spent over 3 decades at the station.

“He will always be remembered at Erie News Now as our friend, a person of faith and our eye into the world of sports,” the station said.

Drapcho was just 63 years old.
