Most often when stations go to their sky cams for traffic reports it is just bad quality, choppy video showing bumper to bumper traffic.

But, WPVI took one traffic cam and you found yourself cringing and not able to look away as a stalled car appeared to be just seconds away from getting rear-ended at high speeds.

WPVI cut away before we ever found out if this driver made it out of traffic alive and his car intact.
