Before COVID-19 the newsroom at WITI (Milwaukee) would have been bustling with people working on stories and trying to get ready for the next newscast.

But, as Anchor Carl Deffenbaugh posted it is a whole new world and the newsroom is almost empty.

Do you wonder after all of this that media companies will think, we don’t need a studio and a newsroom, let everyone work remotely?

At this point, nothing would surprise me.
