KXMB (Bismarck) Sports Anchor Joey Lamar started off his sportscast by saying that is was a busy day in sports, but then decided it was more important to talk about himself.

Lamar then said that it was his last day at the station and dropped the word “me” and “I” so much, or would make any TV talent proud.
