It seems that Sinclair tried to play hardball with YouTubeTV and so far, it is not working out very well.

Yep, the retrans pissing matches have moved to streaming as well.

Yesterday, YouTube sent a message out that it was dropping Sinclair’s regional sports stations from YouTubeTV, their streaming television service.

It appears that YouTube, which has billions of dollars and is not leveraged to the hilt, is willing to play a bit of hardball with Sinclair.

It will be interesting to see who blinks first in this fight over money?
