WFAA did an “investigative” story about a carwash in the Dallas area that was recently shut down by the city because the city claimed it was a hotbed for crime.

The city tried, again and again, to shut down Jim’s Car Wash and were finally able to do so.

WFAA did a story on it and made claims that since the car wash was closed, crime in the area had decreased.

Documentary filmmaker Dustin Grant has been working on a piece about Jim’s Car Wash for over a year and he had some big problems with the Tegna station’s story.

He posted a video of all the inaccuracies he found in the WFAA story and claims the station did a disservice to the community in their report.
