There was a point in time when Bartiromo was a top-notch business Reporter that smashed through glass ceilings as the first female Reporter on the floor at the New York stock exchange for CNBC.

Bartiromo jumped over to Fox and once Donald Trump was elected it is almost like she morphed from top-notch Reporter to a cross between Trucker Carlson and Sidney Powell.

She cast journalism aside to report on conspiracy theories and pimp Donald Trump.

After FTVLive reported on Bartiromo’s fall into the deep end of conspiracy TV, other media outlets are now finally starting to take notice.

While the “what has happened to Maria Bartiromo.?” were making its way around the internet yesterday, the one-time top Reporter took another huge stumble.

For 6 minutes yesterday, Bartiromo thought she was interviewing the CEO of Smithfield Foods. It was an impostor.

After an entire segment interviewing the imposter, Bartiromo made a correction saying “We have been punk’d.”

But some would say that viewers tuning into Bartiromo’s Fox Business show for over a year looking for solid business news have been punk’d.

This latest gaff will haunt Bartiromo just about every time her name is brought up, but the truth of the matter, Fox should have cut ties with her a long time ago.

Fox doesn’t have the guts to do it and that means each morning on Fox Business you can tune in and watch the demise of a one-time great Reporter continue to fall down the deep hole of spouting conspiracy theories and still insisting that Trump won and election that he clearly did not.
