A month ago, FTVLive told you about a memo that was sent out to the Sinclair staff in which VP of News Scott Livingston laid down guidelines as to how they will refer to President-Elect Joe Biden.

FTVLive showed you the internal memo and here it is again, to refresh your memory.

But while the memo says one thing, the actions of Sinclair stations show something different.

While the AP and most news organizations refer to Joe Biden as “President-Elect”, it seems a number of Sinclair stations are still not doing that.

A number of Sinclair stations are using the term “projected President-elect” when referring to Biden.

Here is a sample:

It appears that Sinclair does not want to face the fact that Joe Biden is the next President and that their friend Donald Trump is a one-term loser.

To show just how hypocritical Sinclair is, here is a tweet that they sent out back in 2016, just hours after Trump was projected the winner of the race.

I guess saying “President-elect” is fine when it is your guy that won.

Shame on Sinclair!
