It appears that Scripps KTNV (Las Vegas) quietly pulled the plug on their news chopper. Word is the station ended the use of their news chopper a couple of weeks ago.

Sinclair’s KNSV has seized on the moment and is now telling viewers that there are the only news station in town with a dedicated chopper.
