Nexstar’s WJZY (Charlotte) honored a police officer that helped save a woman’s life by applying a tourniquet to a woman that had been stabbed.

WJZY Anchor Brien Blakely did the story and presented the cop with his officer of the month award.

the station showed video of Blakely, wearing no mask, presenting the award to the officer, also wearing no mask and then the two shaking hands.

I don’t know about you, but this action seems really irresponsible and you would think that the station would lead with a better example.

And if not the station, at least the police officer.
