According to a Facebook post, Ryn Morris has been hired at Tegna’s WOI in Des Moines as the station’s new Executive Producer.

Insiders at the Tegna station say that the EP job was never posted.

“No one inside the station was aware that job was available, including several producers who want to move into management,” said a station insider.

That hardly seems fair, but then again, this is Tegna.
